I love ordering from this delivery service. Restaurant prices are not inflated over menu prices (other services). They service local restaurants and donate to a food pantry. They are very communicative during the process!
I order from them at least 1x/wk and they are so courteous and always super quick! They are always extra communicative if anything changes with your order. 110% better than Uber eats / door dash, and they are helping our local community 💕
The owner really takes the time to make you feel like this is an experience. Not only is the delivery fee worth it, they are always updating you thru text. Food is delivered very hot and fresh. The owner is also very attentive and active on the Facebook page and always taking suggestions to improve his business. I really hope this company sticks around and people use it more than Uber or doordash. He gives back to the community!
I appreciate that they have the ability to serve a larger delivery area than most places, pay their drivers better than most, and give back to the community. Because they serve local places, I’ve tried restaurants I normally would have never gone inside. They also communicate well as to if your food is delayed or when it’s picked up, etc.
I love using this delivery service. Easy app to use; huge variety of restaurants to choose from, immediate communication confirming order, and notification when picking order up from restaurant. A company with quick, friendly and efficient service and a mission to donate to local food banks. Who could ask for anything more?
Local Bites is absolutely amazing. The delivery time is amazing with the food always hot. The entire experience from looking at the large assortment of restaurants, easiness of ordering, to the communication from start to finish truly makes this a one of a kind service. I was updated every step of the process via text. They were 5 minutes early and the driver was very pleasant and wore a mask. They also donated 💯 of their profit in this day to a non-profit food charity which was very commendable! Definitely will be using them again and would recommend this service!
I love using local bites! I choose them over any delivery place anytime I can. The food is hot and right on time. I haven’t had great luck with choosing a future delivery time though. I chose delivery for 630pm (when my entire family would be home from work and school) and the food was delivered at 455pm. I double checked my email confirmation to make sure I chose the correct time and it said “delivery 615-630.” Update: received a phone call from Local Bites apologizing for an early delivery and offering to reorder the food I ordered and deliver it again. Wow! I returned the call and told that that wasn’t necessary but I will absolutely use local bites for any future deliveries. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the response time and the offer to bring the same order to me again, amazing!

The fact that they are giving back to the community is awesome and a win-win for everyone. They are just all around good people! Highly recommend them!
